
IMPORTANT: Advance authorization from Barker customer service is required prior to returning ANY merchandise. The returned items must be in new condition (unless under warranty).

4. Please allow 30 working days for issuance of credit.

PRODUCTS RETURNED AS DEFECTIVE--WARRANTY OR NON-WARRANTY

2. If the product is defective due to the manufacturing and/or material, and is under warranty, we will issue credit or replace at our option.
3. If the defect is due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or is out of warranty, we will notify you and ask for disposition of the product (either repair at a nominal charge, return as is, or scrap).

OVERSTOCKED OR DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE RETURNS
All overstocked items that are returned for credit are subject to a 25% Restocking charge.
All DISCONTINUED items that are APPROVED for return for credit are subject to a 40% Restocking charge or, if classified as no longer used, then no credit will be given.
