Unless otherwise stated, Barker Manufacturing products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing and/or material defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. Should you receive a defective product, please contact customer service to process your claim. The defective product will have to be returned to Barker for examination to determine the nature of the problem.
If the product is defective due to the manufacturing and/or material, and is in warranty, we will issue credit or replace at our option. If the defect is due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or is out of warranty, we will notify you and ask for disposition of the product (either repair at a nominal charge, return as is, or scrap).
Barker Manufacturing suggests that you do not issue credit or replacement to your customer until we notify you regarding the cause of the product defect.
This general product warranty is effective January 1, 2006.
